Questions People Actually Ask
Is this a job or independent contractor work?
Independent contractor work. D2D Blitz works with independent sales representatives. The pay is performance based, so you are paid on the accounts you sell that get installed, not on the hours you work. No salary, no promise of income.
Do I need experience?
No. The training starts with the first line you say at a door, so a beginner can follow it. Experienced door to door reps will know some of it already. No fiber experience is needed.
Do I have to travel?
Blitzes are travel. A team goes into one market and works it together for several days. If you can only work locally, pick that option in the form. You are still welcome at the free training.
What does the training cost?
Nothing. It is free, it runs about 60 minutes, it is live online, and there is nothing to buy on the call.
What happens after the training?
If it looks like a fit both ways, you apply and interview with Zach. Then comes onboarding, provider certification and a place on a blitz. Attending the training does not guarantee a place on a team.
How do reps get paid?
